Long-time music lover of all genres.
New to the vintage audio world and new to this site.
Purchased a restored low-power Marantz 2225 and would like to have recommendations on a good speaker pairing. Type of music? Classic jazz, some rock and classical. Vinyl, but lots of CD's and high bit-rate MP3's. Would like to stay with a vintage speaker-age-appropriate with the 1970's Marantz. Help me out...

If people think their audio equipment defies physical law, you're supposed to let them think that for the sake of politeness.

Those are some interesting pieces of gear you found. Please let me know if you are interested in selling any of it.

Looking for lamps once more:14 V, 80 mA, 4mm diameter incandescent lamps with leads. For Hitachi HMA 7500 power amp meters, they are white, and wired in series and placed behind green colored boots.
Would certainly consider LED equivalents if sufficiently bright.
Currently more interesseted in PA, the music and that sort of stuff, than hifi.
