I don't know about new cushion assemblies, but recovering the existing stuff is pretty cheap. I've got $5 in the chair and about $4 in materials to redo the seat. It was in a diner that got hit by a tornado and a 2x4 went through the vinyl on the seat.

420 license plate also love the diner chair. This room looks like the room we all got stoned in during my mid teens in the 90's. Instantly comfortable.

Happy New Year! Here's an update after incorporating my Christmas present,a Superscope R-310 with 4 matching speakers.

Did some rearranging today to make a home for my latest purchase,a Pioneer CLD-D704 Laserdisc player! It was also an excuse to clean up the desk and put the turntable at a more suitable height.

Thankyou! They just don't build things like they used to.I plan on getting my own place in the next couple of years and thats one of the first things I'm doing.
