Good stuff.
Journey – Look Into The Future. LP 1976
I have bunch of Journey albums, but this is the only one I've listened to in the last 30 years.

That's one band I could never listen to so have never heard that album. Am I missing anything?
Hell yah! You would love it. I think it's one of the most under-rated rock albums. It's nothing remotely like the Steve Perry stuff. Gregg Rollie, the singer and keyboardist is one of the founders of Santana. This should be an American rock classic. That's one band I could never listen to so have never heard that album. Here is one favorite from Look into the Future. Crank it!
The whole album is really good. Decide for yourself.

^^^^ This, right here. And that is why I've played the living shit out of their 1975 self-titled debut, with "To Play Some Music" and "Kohoutek" being two of my all-time favorites from this band. Steve definitely did his thing in the 80s, but the group really shined artistically on their debut.IMO, Journey was two different bands. The only one that I'll listen to is PRE- Steve Perry (singer). Neil Schon, Aynsely Dunbar, Gregg Rollie, Ross Valory.
