The Walnut base on the Dual is from Bill at Fix-My-Dual, also the dustcover. It is a nice base that does well against footfalls. It photographs well
I've never seen it that way, Mac. I just thought he was tossing references in as fast as he could with an eye towards wordsmithing poetry. I've always thought it was a brilliant song.I have a little trouble liking the song American Pie; he disses quite a few great bands. Don, the bands you dissed pretty much saved rock 'n' roll.
