Here's something you don't see everyday...

I was driving to lunch one day when I caught something on the power line out of the corner of my eye. Luckily I had my camera with me that day.

Our neighborhood is lousy with Opossums. My "man cave" is a converted porch with a flat roof. I can her the little varmints up there, along with raccoons, squirrils, etc. ,

Here's a picture I took in Colorado of a Great Crested Grasshopper or otherwise known as a "dinosaur grasshopper" (Tropidolophus formosus).

A Corsair or "assissin bug" in dirt camouflage on the trim around my front door at night. If these things bite you, it will make a wasp sting feel like a massage.
