Hello All, I'm new to this thread and hoping to learn much from all you fine folks. I've always liked Classical, but must admit my knowledge is somewhat (well, extremely) limited. I have a decent collection now - so I'm ready to jump in both feet first.

Now playing : 1984 - Bach - The Brandenburg Concertos Vol. 2 Richard Kapp (CBS MDK 44652) EAC FLAC's
1984 - Bach - Brandenburg Concertos Vol II - CD0.jpg

Playing the Mozart Six String Quartets by the Quartetto Italiano on Philips LP discs. Very silent, superb sounding records. Part barter for some repair work on some audio gear. Also got the Beethoven String Quartets by the Amadeus Quartet on DGG, Tulip label Stereo pressings, made like DGG used to be, silent, great sounding.
