What camera can do that kind of in-camera compositions? It's too bad you couldn't just delete the one where the car drove through.

That was shot on an Olympus om-d e-m5 mark ii with a function called Live Composition. Many DSLR's have a similar function. Unfortunately, I don't think there is an option to edit it on camera (if there is I haven't figured it out.) Normally, I'd just take a series of individual shots then stack them and toss out ones that I don't' want in the final.
