So what band did you hire to play at the reception? What tonearm is in the relationship? Ooo, that maybe gets a bit kinky...Will be marrying with a DK-110 plinth. Hoping for good results.
Good luck with the table. I have a 75 on my radar. Very nice tables. I just have to decide if I want to sell my DP-59L to fund the purchase. Let us know how it goes.
I think it looks pretty cool.....To some this idea may be heresy, Legrace — but I use my DP80 with NO plinth. Here's a snapshot...

The arm is a Syrinx PU3. (The gizmo to the right of the arm-bearing is a VTA adjuster I'm experimenting with; I copped it from a Zeiss lab microscope). Your Audiomods arm will be fine — yes, a longer arm has some advantages (and disadvantages) and looks better on this TT due to its large diameter — I want one too, but it's not a necessary expense.
You can try yours "plinthless" if you like — the TT's bottom is flat and stands firmly on its own, as the pic shows. I like the minimalist look, a friend calls it "Starship Enterprise". Some may hate it. It also takes up far less space.
Another heresy: it doesn't NEED a plinth. A plinth does NOT dampen resonances, it's just an easy way to mount tonearms — and it's "traditional", some people like traditional.
If you want to try it, you'll need to make an armboard. Real easy. I made mine in about 45 minutes. You can only see a bit of it peeking out, 60% is hidden by the flange, where it's secured to the TT with absolute rigidity. If you want to experiment, I can send you the armboard template.

Will do. It'll take a few days to get to it. As mentioned, really easy. I used a scrap piece of MDF, cut a curve, drilled a hole, and sprayed it black. Obviously some calculations were involved, eg pivot-to-spindle distance, but not difficult. The template was made for the Syrinx, but by lucky happenstance also fits a Linn Ittok. Your Audiomods might need the hole to move 1mm or 3, and maybe a different diameter (Rega base, right?) and that'll be up to you.Would most definitely love to have a copy of your template.
Will you use your Audiomods arm?
That tonearm is gorgeous. Great match to the big Denon.
