I built these little guys just for my La Scalas. 3-Watt 6V6 SE Ultra-Linears.

These pictures were taken the moment after I completed the second unit on my workbench. They have been posted a couple times now, but here they are in another sub-forum because I am quite proud of how they turned out, both in form and function :).

I personally am using the Denon AVR 3300 A/V Receiver and it works superbly for music listening and provides a phenomenal movie watching / listening experience in Dolby Digital , DDSC Digital and DTS Digital Surround Sound decoding with superb precision.

A pair of Heresy II driven by a home made KT88 se ul amo. Couldn't be more pleased.
Ummm single ended. Bet it's real swell. Just finished a kt88 guitar amp for my friend it seems to be made for his Gibson hollow body. Hmmm wonder why.

RB-5s back...these will either be used in a bedroom powered by an EICO HF-81 or will be pressed into a small HT duty with the Quartets that are currently there moving up to the EICO...

...perhaps the 3rd time owning a pair of RB-5s is the charm???...

Here’s an old pic when my Cornwall II’s we’re powered with an updated Dynaco ST-70.
Other pic was my Cornwall III with the same amp.

A Dynaco PAS3X and Marantz Model 5 monoblocks drive my pair of 1979 Crites-modified Heresy I. This system has won-over more than one person who doesn’t like horns. :smoke: That said, I occasionally wish that Cornwalls or LaScalas would fit in my listening area without a major furniture swap, but realize that Heresys are perfect for the actual size of the room.
