Man I love the looks of that 3000A. How does it sound? Did you have the service bulletin modifications performed turning it into a capacitor coupled amp? I have a Sansui 3000 with issues I have yet to address. I broke one of the fuse holders trying to Jerry-rig a conventional physical sized-fuse into the odd-sized fuse holder. Also, two of my output transistors do not test well in circuit...have yet to pull them and test them out of circuit, but I think they're bad. I was super impressed with the build-quality of mine when I was inside futzing around. Hope yours sounds great!
