On top of each amplfier assembly there are two side by side solder lugs marked TP0 and E. Measure the DC voltage across these two lugs. DON'T short these two test points out with your meter probe or you will destroy output transistors if there not already bad. We are looking for zero volts +/- a few millivolts. Check both amp assemblies.

This is the DC offset test point before the protect relay. If there is more than a few millivolts we have a problem.If not,then we have a power supply problem or a protect circuit issue.
