Hey folks, my name is Scott, and I'm from Virginia.

I'm a tech junkie, and I'm just getting back into messing with old computers, video game systems, and stereo equipment after being out of the loop for a long time.

I'm also into way too many other hobbies and interests. I'm an artist (illustration and graphic design), I do hand tooled leather, custom painting on motorcycles and helmets. I guess you could call me a tinkerer. Also a father of three amazing kiddos.

If anyone is interested in checking out my many adventures, I've got a couple Facebook pages you can check out. Still working on the website for my hobby business called Appalachian Handcraft.

RetroTech is a YouTube channel I hope to start adding content to soon. For now, I've been just posting some of my random finds on the Facebook page.

I just picked up a Pioneer SX-737 for $40 at the local flea market this morning. Hopefully do a refurb video for my YouTube channel on that soon. Looking forward to getting to know everyone here.

Welcome from another Virginian! Unfortunately (or otherwise) Facebook is blocked on my computer

Welcome from Fairfax, VA! We were down your general way Sat/Sun in Harrisonburg -
tho we didn't make it to Wrights Dairy-rite! (A must have stop whenever we get to Staunton!) ...

RetroTech sounds like cool stuff!

Thank you again for all the warm welcomes. Sounds like we might need to organize a Virginia audiophile swap meet sometime soon. Yes, Staunton is the home of the Statler Brothers. My mother-in-law's good friends with one of the guys.
