RCA lead repair help?

Okay, I'm sober enough to try this. Kidding. My hands aren't shaking too bad today so, I wanted to try and get my SP-15 up and running.

The first photo is what I'm working with.

I'm assuming, whomever cobbled it had the right idea. I don't know whether to solder the wires together or, solder on new ends.

These are the new ends I have. What would be the proper way to solder them?

Thank you for any, and all, help.

i solder ground in that hole and crimp . then solder the signal wire in the pin . pin upwards letting solder melt into the hole of the pin . but doing all this making sure its not melting the plastic . heat rises but still travels downhill through metal .

The black leads were patched on at some point.
