Sansui 1000x restoration - Suzuki cap replacement

My newly acquired 1000x needs a recap and restoration. I am currently making a parts list for mouser. I will also replace all 2SC458LG transistors, but I was very surprised to find SUZUKI (oil?) caps in the 1000x. I always thought their use was restricted to tube equipment back then.

on power block(!):
0.0047uf / 600V oil

other positions in between boards:
0,033 / 600V oil
0,0047 / 600V oil
0,068 / 400V oil

I now wonder what might be a suitable replacement. They can be found in a couple of places and I am not sure, if I can just replace them with any decent audio polypropylene...

Has anyone experiences with these?

You wouldn't want a Polypropylene there (C058) - you need an X-Y rated film capacitor of at least 275VAC rating, and the same with C057.

Two more in the PSU have voltage ratings, so you'll need to observe those. I couldn't see too many other positions where Oil capacitors might have been used - but then I am only looking at the schematic. ;)

I found Illinois MPW series ( Mouser 472MPW400K ). Datasheet outlines them to use in power amp applications - should they do the job?

Tell me the circuit references like 'Cxxx' and I will advise.

John, you are the best!!! :)

Its those:
C057,
C058,
C059,
C060,
C061,
C062,

Service Manual page 29, 30. Page 30 has photographs with their position.

C001 is the the 0,0047 / 600V oil cap in power position mentioned before. Its on board F1251.

C061 & C062
Please can you tell me the value and voltage of these - and if you can advise where they are connected to, like - Board number // Pin number // connected to:-'other component reference' - anything that helps me know what they are connected to and thus what there purpose is. :)

This is how they look like in my schematic, its another two 0,0047/600:

They connect parts of the voltage selecter on the back of the amplifier. The selector consists of two seperate plugs and C061 and C062 seem to connect plug 1 and plug 2.
My unit interestingly only has one of them! I wonder if the second one has been removed in the past.

Ah I see - in that case

C058, https://www.mouser.co.uk/ProductDetail/Cornell-Dubilier-CDE/158X333?qs=0r35cIPu56EgjTKc75ZGMg==

C061 & C062 the same as C057.

Looking for C001....

John, I am currently trying to collect the parts you selected for these positions. One postion is not clear:

C058 needs to be 0,0047/600. The part/series you selected is unfortunately not produced in 0,0047uf value and does not seem to support the voltage.
It would be really cool if you could have a quick look at that..

and does not seem to support the voltage. It would be really cool if you could have a quick look at that.
It does actually, the capacitor I selected is 'AC Rated' at 275V, - meaning that it is good for at least 3 times that rating (maybe even 4-5 times) for applied DC voltages. ;)

Oh!

But still, that series is not available at 0,0047uf, so I cant take those :-(
