Capitol didn't need anything after bagging The Four-Headed Monster Of Liverpool, did it? They'd also lost Sinatra (to his own label, Reprise), and that didn't matter either. Nope, The Fab Four salesnot only dominated the 45s and LPs markets, but expanded to television, clothing, dolls, lucnboxes, lamps, and you-name-it. And Capitol Records grabbed it all until "that Apple" matured, then grabbed it back after "that Apple" rotted & died. Or something like that.
