Need opinions on multi room stereos.

Moving to a new house with 2 living rooms.
Downstairs will house 2 sonus faber Venere 3.0 speakers and SVS pc 4000 sub run by a peachtree grand audio Integrated with built in DAC currently fed by a sonos controller with all my music (FLAC and .wav) on hard drives through wifi.
Upstairs will be Yamaha NS1000m speakers with Yaqin MC10L el34 tube amp.
I have no source for upstairs. The sonos wont play high end files either (24/196). My question would be how can I play both stereos with my single laptop and hard drives and maintain FLAC or higher end format files through wifi with a single app. Is it possible?

Not sure this is what you are looking for but I use one to beam music from living room to bedroom. I plug the sender in my DAC. The receiver is plugged into SX-750.

Yes, you can do multicast with Chromecast Audio. It works.

But it only supports 96k/24bit.
