My Brother that started my interest in the Audio hobby with his Technics SA500 & OHM model H .. .used to sing this tune. .and it reminds me of him. .. he passed away in February 2003.
My father used to Whistle the song Perfectly he was also musically inclined and used to play the trombone.
Being over 50 years of age I can remember often on 97.1 easy listening Detroit this song as well as many from that era that used to get played on the airwaves... And there's nothing like it on the air in this area anymore..
Some would say that it is elevator music but the reality is it's real music of a bygone era.
And it's sorely missed by me, many automobile trips were made with my family and my father and mother playing music from the 40s and 50s 60s similar to this and it brings certain nostalgic comfort that are long missed.
