That is a list many consider Vintage Separate Holy Grail, and for good reason!

Let's just say that the neighbors knew when we were home.

You have some very nice equipment.
I love my Denon stack... High End? Well it was a mass manufacturer that did put out a lot of stuff, but it also put out a lot of pieces worthy of consideration.. There was a level better than what I have.. The Denon PRA2000z and matching amp... Lost an auction for that a few months ago. But to my ears this stuff is wonderful, incredibly clean, warm and detailed. Very good MC stage on the preamp
1 piece I have that I consider high end but not high buck is my Dennis Had Inspire amp. It made sweet music with the L3 but was to underpowered for most of my speakers. Tube rollers dream but needs efficient speakers, sounded really good with 6bg6a tubes
I sure would like to try some of that ARC equipment one day
Cool thread! (now a stickie).
Great looking separates, nice rig!

Very nice thread and beautiful gear :thmbsp:
My main system is a WOPL500SS, Perreaux SA3, dbx DX5 CDP, Pioneer PL-550 and CV E-712's. A mix of stuff that makes me smile every time I put the gas to it
Oh I just put this together today
Well at least the MC2300 that I bought Sunday. This was Popa John Creach's 2300 amp that he started using on stage in 1971 with the Jefferson Airplane, Hot Tuna, Greatful Dead and his solo carear as The Popa John Creach Band.:thmbsp:

There you have it, this system spands 44 years 1971-2015, there is tons of equipment that will blow it away as high end and in sound quality I'm sure. But I don't own any of that crap so I get to listen to my crap....
Before I went back to an integrated amp in my main listening system I was on a separates kick.
One piece I ended up really liking was my Audible Illusions L3 pre amp. I paired it with a few different amps, both tube and SS, and it seemed to always bring out the best in them. Believe it or not one of the best pairings with it was a Yamaha P5000s and my DQ20's. That setup was just made beautiful music.
Breathtaking array of Mac, etc., components, 4-2-7. :thmbsp:
