Good afternoon. A customer here in Belem do Para Brasil bought your kit. I'm installing, but a doubt arose?. On one of the boards of the Marantz 4270 there is a varistor that is thermally coupled to the heatsink (original) and on the other side there is a diode replacing the varistor. Do you have any information on the subject. The varistor is the H009 and H011.
another doubt? after making the new diode as in your posted photo, when soldering on the board, are the cathode and anode side in accordance with the diode design on the printed circuit board?
