On the bottom of the CD player there should be a hole, and through the hole you will see a plastic piece with a slot in it for a screwdriver. Turn the piece with a screwdriver and the drawer should open. If you remove the bottom panel you will probably see there is a belt that fell off the pulley. Sometimes the pulley itself comes off and has to be pushed back on. There is a gear on the top side that you have to hold still so you can push the pulley on.
