    Orphan Amp needs ID'ing

This one also was my first hifi amplifier, in 1972. Aluminium silver/black front panel, VU meters, wooden enclosure and simply good sound with efficient speakers. It was the only good looking hifi amplifier that I could afford. Solid state, all Germanium devices.

    dbx 150, help needed!

Hi, I am trying to repair a dbx 150 noise reduction system. One channel is extremely weak. No visual damage, switches are O.K., and I partly resoldered the circuit board, especially the RCA inputs and outputs. Is there anywhere a service manual or schematic available?

    B&O Beogram 8002 help.

Finally, now my Beogram 8002 is 100% O.K., the auto return works again. We really checked everything, without success, but as a last desperate move, we replaced the microprocessor. This was the solution!

    B&O Beogram 8002 help.

Hi Adam, I seem to remember that some years ago, my Beogram 8002 did the auto return the moment the stylus came in the run-out groove. Now, after servicing it, the stylus stays about 40 seconds in the run-out groove before doing auto return. However, the PAUSE function works fully as intended...

    B&O Beogram 8002 help.

I mentioned earlier that my Beogram 8002 was not performing an auto return. Now, however, I have noticed that after about 40 seconds the tonearm does return to its resting position. Why a 40 second wait at the end of the record?

    B&O Beogram 8002 help.

Really, doesn't anyone have a suggestion? I need some advise from a B&O turntable specialist. I have restored my Beogram 8002 the best I could. The only thing that doesn't work is the auto return function at the end of a record. The Pause function, where the tonearm moves to and returns from its...

    B&O Beogram 8002 help.

I also have a problem with my Beogram 8002. I did all the obvious service (replacing electrolytic capacitors, resoldering some components, etc... All functions are fully O.K., exept one: at the end of the record there is no auto return. When I carefully move the tonearm about 1 cm past the last...

    Sansui TU-666

:yes:the cats really like it! The TU-666 is my daily tuner, I also have the TU-555 and TU-777. In my opinion, a very fine tuner, only replaced the dial lamps, all other components 100% vintage and original, no need for "recapping" the electrolytic capacitors, not even after 40 yeras...

Realistic STA-2250 AM/FM receiver problem solved! Hi, today I fixed the problem without having the unoptainable service manual.:yippy: In this receiver, there is no backup battery and no backup capacitor. However, on the microprocessor board, there is, near the microprocessor, a 1000µF/10V...

    Realistic STA-2250 receiver

Realistic STA-2250 AM/FM receiver The model number on the back of the STA-2250 is: 31-2095. Could this be the catalog number? There is a big and a small power transformer inside. For a moment I supposed the small one is the stand-by transformer and this could be defective. However, this is...

    Realistic STA-2250 receiver

Realistic STA-2250 AM/FM receiver I use the power switch of the unit. The receiver is always connected to the mains. If I switch it on again within 10 seconds, presets are still present, after about 10 seconds all presets are cleared. All other functions of this receiver work!
