2SC5242 / 2SA1962 is just the TO-3P version of the 2SC5200 / 2SA1943. For have the price i ordered the NJW3281G / NJW1302G from digikey and im going to use the KSC2383/KSA1013 from my parts bin. Should work fine, famous last words
