I was searching information on Fisher XP 7B speakers and your photos of the cap replacement came up. Do you have a record of what you used (values) and the source you ordered from? It appears you maintained the original wiring. Any changes to the speakers?
I got a pair for $15 that I bought just because of the historical interest. Three of the four paper tweeters are not working. I can't decide whether to stay with four tweets, or just get two higher quality ones, leaving an opening perhaps for a port? Any advice for an old guy who is NOT an educated audio engineer?
