Looking at buying one of these amps and was just wondering which is the better of the two? Both sellers are asking around the same amount for them and they are in comparable condition. Looking for some input on them as to what would make one a better purchase than the other.

Recently upgraded my speakers on my turntable set up and now have a lot of static when playing a record. No static using other sources and no other components have changed other than the speakers? Would I just be noticing it more since the new speakers have more sensitivity?
