Lots to choose from but I went with the a907. I initially thought the X1 because of it's pedigree but the X11 you are getting back likely won't be too different from a restored X1. The C2301 is a preamp and unless you have a restored power amp to match, maybe hold off? The Alpha would be great...

I actually have a 120v X1 in transit to me as we speak and providing it arrives safely and works (I was told it does), I will add that to the comparison between the X11 and X701. As much as I try to slow this hobby down, these Sansui's keep dragging me back into it! Stay tuned
