Honestly, I'd leave it alone, probably not going to cause any problems. It just looks ugly. You could straighten it and solder it, but the finish is anodized, so you'd have to send it out. Any paint would probably reduce efficiency. If it bothers you that much, find a replacement.

The xlrs are outputs. A headphone to rca connected to line one or 2 on the mixer will do it.

Well, I would put the fuse first, because I've seen power switches fail catastrophically. I've seen them wired both ways though, and there's not much difference either way.

Any of those will work, but they're way overkill. You only need a 10a relay. I doubt that solid state relay will even get warm with a 4.2a motor.

I don't have a number, but I clean it when it looks scuzzy. I also use one of those brass scrubby things with a weller wes 50 station. On my second tip, abused the first one melting plastic and stuff. I also have a tiny chisel tip. That brass wool stuff works so much better than a sponge.
