    Thanks for the heads up on the Moxon and the Hentenna! I wonder if you could mount one of those right to a window behind the curtains. Or do you need to be able to move them? Ill look into them.

    And a "hentenna", which I kind of think of as a 'closed Moxon'.

    I'm giving these some thought as a compact antenna that are kinda-sorta omni or semi-direction which might better serve some users.

    I think the audio quality is improved since I put up my bent FM6 in a temporary location. Have yet to get it on the roof with a rotator and dig up my switched RF attenuator, maybe another trick or two. I want to try Brian Beezely's modifications on the FM6 to improve gain and F/B ratio, which should be fairly easy to do.
