The Bettinger-modded Grandson is a show-stopper. He did the j-fet front end swap too. Swear I'm hearing a tuber... I got the Godzilla from Andy Hefley back in 83, but it never worked right and even he couldn't fix the d**m thing, his own design!! It actually wasn't as good sounding as the other GAS amps, though.

I love my Son like, well like it was my own son! I like the Thalia too I guess. I rebuilt my son myself and modded it too.

That Godzilla is a rare beast. I've always thought about picking up a grandson some day.
