I can mail you a list of the capacitors no problem, I can't give you all the partnumbers I used. Sounds silly but I got a tip for very affordable but very good sounding capacitors from a friend of mine (Guido Tent of www.tentlabs.com), he wants to keep it for himself.
Like I said in the original message, the big ones are BHC, others are Panasonic FC, others are 'secret'. I ordered it all at Farnell, including all the rectifiers its about 90 euro. If you mail me at: peter.van.vegchel at onsbrabantnet.nl I'll send you the file.
