    My Golden Classic does not have the GE logo. Forget about finding a decent stylus. They have not been in production for decades.

    Not a VR 1000. The Golden Classic and VR-22 look the same. My VR 22 has the model number on the body. I have one Golden Classic, one VR-22 and two VR 1000's. It is most likely a Golden Classic which was the first stereo model. The VR 1000 was the last and best GE model.

    There are so many other sites that you can check: turntableneedles.com lpgear.com lptunes.com eBay Jico-stylus.com Any of the 770's listed at The Voice of Music would work. The 770-DET would be my choice. Some of the others are probably quite old.
