Billfort, have you tried windows media center? It might be a great choice for your 3rd system with the HTPC, especially if you're going to have cable, or satellite or OTA broadcasts.

Yeah, I've been extremely happy with it. I don't anticipate upgrading for a while. It doesn't decode the newest lossless audio but my ps3 does and sends it PCM and it sounds fantastic.
