Just "won" a legend off eBay (at high tide). My alarm clock still works (if it didn't I would of been a little richer) BUT IT WAS WORTH IT(ouch). Reason being there is nothing in this cow-town where I'm at as far as audio finds, except 16 years ago at a church annual sale, on the last day I was "given" a Realistic STA-235 when I asked "how much" because the older ladies didn't want to lift it again. Still works well to this day. When I was in the good 'ol PI I could of got a 1977 Marantz setup like all my shipmates in Engineering, but I was saving my $$ for a car when I came back (1969 Pontiac Firebird 400 in gold with a white vinyl top). After reading posts on "The 18" I was glad I waited this long to get the first model. BECAUSE: A. I wont loose it in a divorce B. I have the time to listen to whatever I want because I am on 2 acres in the country. Rock On....
