      My best thought on packaging is a PVC pipe... seal the ends. Fairly light and strong. Have to be at least 6" internal dia. and as long as.

      How do you ship something that's eight feet long and weighs two pounds ? Can you say fragile ? Hardly fits in anything. You're welcome to it. It'll never be used here.

      Sorry to take so long in responding- I just didn't notice your message. Replacing the bulb was not difficult (if you haven't already). Take the tuner apart enough to see the bulb and you'll see what I mean.

      Hi - I read a post that you replaced the tuning meter bulb on a Yamaha T-1 tuner - can you enlighten me on how difficult that was. I'm good with amp repair but don't mess much with tuners and am comfortable tearing down amps etc.
