Hello and thank you! I’m glad your enjoying it. The 2275 is a very nice unit with a great preamp. Feel free to reach out anytime if you have any questions about the unit or any others.

I'v used this fan a few times. It drops right in, parameters similar, quiet and cheap. Just be sure to note the rotation.

Thanks! I’ve had a few more and here and did an A/B comparison with a 510mr I recently finished. The 500 takes the cake in my opinion.
And yea, I ended up replacing the fans. The new ones are cheap and much quieter.
You can use your DMM to check it. You should have about a 1.2v voltage drop across it. It can be replaced with two 1n4148s connected in series, cathode to anode.
I would replace the zeners while you have it apart. I use 30v with no issues. Might as well replace the 24v zeners on the power supplies, Q809. There is also a 7.1v on the relay board but I don't know how crazy you want to get.
24v, 1w...
No problem, and sure post a thread. This is a great amp that should be done right. I have built several of them and they never disappoint. Good Luck!

Hi Terry,
Here are the trimmers I used They are available at digikey.com. I used a multi-turn for the amps and single turns for the Relay board.

So today I did some tube matching to see what my 6CA7s were drawing. I used the Metheod in the link below which basically has you rotating tubes into a one chosen socket while leaving both tubes in the other channel and measuring the voltage on the plate resistor for each one.
Looks like I have...
It's the access that I didn't plan for. I deleted all the wiring for the Pam. So to check the bias I have to flip it up on its side. PITA! I'll probably drill two small holes on the sides with contact points to insert dmm probes.
I compared data sheets for different driver tubes I see people...
