    Korean speaker drivers

I got these speakers from a gentleman who enjoyed his audio. From the same system that had Altec Lansing model 14s and Bose 901 he had these speakers that looked to be do it yourself. Perhaps a speaker kit. All drivers made in Korea. I am thinking the '80s. They sound very good and are probably...

found this dusty bastard being neglected in a pile of auto parts under a table in a corner at an garage sale. sansui 500a for peanuts. there are also some ugly but rare chrysler speakers that this sucker used to drive that i might go pick up. they unfortunately want some money for these...

I do not have any info on the woofers. i was and still am really excited to see the fronts of the mids and tweets for the first time. we are listening to a bit of Mardi Gras jazz tonight on fat tuesday and these sound pretty smooth. edit: these speakers just seem to be awesome with jazz. that...

    Teac LS-400

One last try with the pics. These speakers are pretty nice low powered units. i have been switching out a few different amplifiers with them and they sound great with tubes and low powered solid state. i really like them with the Sansui 8080db. i was looking for some efficient speakers to run...

    Teac LS-400

Bah! That lil voice in my head made me acquire these speakers. I ended up trading some gear that i have not used in 3 years so it made sense at the time. they fit all the parameters for being a decent mystery speaker. Quality terminals and a solid build. i cant wait to crack them open to check...

    Teac LS-400

I did it! i stumped AK! OK this is actually a gratuitous selfish bump. It seems that i cant figure out how to post my pics anymore. The only other clue i have for you is that the back plate has 2 dials, one being a 3 position switch to control the mids and one variable pot to run the tweets...

I have a chance at a rather large set of vintage speakers and i cannot find much info. They look solid and well built. i was going to buy some diatone ds-50c s but got distracted by these. any opinions or data? i am guessing 60-70 lbs big thanks!
