Sorry I missed your message.. This formula is internet based and is largely geared at cleaning carpets and fabrics where pets have soiled same. However I've used it to kill cat pee in a shower bath area with no carpet and it killed the odor. I also use it to freshen up the car after smoking. You don't need to add the baking soda or just add a amount like a 1/4 tsp for that size formula. for a full bottle 24oz bottle of HP? 1:1 you add full tsp. e.g. if a dog soiled the carpet and a big stain is left there you could pour the formula on the spot and sprinkle more baking soda on same. then you'd either pull up with a carpet cleaner or vacuum later.
