Hello, I'm not too good with navigating this web sight myself. There is a forum called Barter Town and it is the only place that allows buying and selling. When you first log in it takes you to the main page. In the upper left hand corner is sight navigation, clik on forum. This gives you all the listed forums and you can click on the place you want to go. Once you are in the forum you can contact the one of moderators listed at the end of the page with any questions.
