hello,
I would like opinions on the used market value of a technics sl1100a in good used condition but missing two feet.
Cartridge unknown.

Thank you for your input.

Quick update.
I was able to view photos of the table.
I would upload them but dealing with Photobucket lately isn't worth the effort.

The table looks great.
Standard tonearm, uncracked dust cover, it is missing two feet and the stylus is broken.
Overall the condition looks like it was not abused.

On the plus side, it has the following items;
Grado green cartridge
Orsonic av101b adjustable headshell
Original mat
Original strobe light

I can buy it for less than $200
How much less remains to be seen but I think even with the expense of a new cartridge and sourcing two feet it is a safe purchase.

What do you think?

I bought one about a month ago complete with a SME arm, nice cart and dustcover in great shape for $400.
Feet will be very hard to source.
You decide.

Yes.
I have done preliminary investigating on the feet.
They are not an easy find.
However,
I have access to a 3D printer and they would be an easy thing to replicate within reason.
There really isn't much to these feet unlike some other turntables.

The SME arm is definitely a plus though I'm not sure by value how much.

Either way,
I will think it over tonight and make my decision.
What is prompting this decision is I am setting up my brother in-law with a vintage system as a gift for a favor he has done for me.

Therefore he is getting my marantz 2265b and my pioneer pl540 which leaves me without a turntable.

Are you seriously dragging your feet on buying the table for LESS than $200? The dustcover, headshell and strobe are worth more than that. The rest it gravy.
