61 (!!!!) I decided to grow OLD, not up. I work with folks about 20 years younger than me, but that immaturity thing, and being a smart a$$ has them thinking I'm cool. That and I can still scare them with some of my music.

69 here, and not only that I still have all the LPs I have ever bought starting at about 15, and all in great shape. I have 7 systems at home, all working well, and the newest one is about 15 or 20 years old.

Just to hone it down to a fine point! A quick perusal and a bit of a guess, I'd forward an average of 53.5 years of age +-, say, 3 years. BTW, I'm 57. Toss the outliers and run to infinity and I bet I'm right. Average age of Americans is 37.8; however, audio enthusiasts skew higher. Interesting topic. Now, whether that's because with age leisure time becomes available is an entirely different question.
