Eclectic New streaming music option?

Who is the best streaming service that offers me the ability to have random genres play. I want to always have 'new' songs played. I want to 'rate' the song so that it will give me a new song based upon the ratings of other songs. But I do not want to replay old songs (unless I want to)

Tidal has this in their Genres lists. Has a few new songs, then the new albums beneath that list.
