What are you Listening To Right Now? - and more

I have never listened to vocalists like Tony Bennett in the past, but one day driving to work I heard Don’t Get Around Much Anymore duet by Tony Bennett and Michael Buble’ and was very impressed. Didn’t know who was singing at first, but tracked it down on YouTube later.

I need to expand my horizons and check out his other work such as this one. I haven’t bought anything yet, but he is on my watch list for used albums.
There is an app called SoundHound. Put it on your phone. It will identify any music you hear on your radio, or elsewhere.

Thanks Bill.
Amazing. It's a 1971 pressing.

I didn't realize that the Manticore label went that far back. I've always thought it was created for the release of Brain Salad Surgery.

I was actually hoping you were gonna tell me that it was the 1974 German pressing of Manticore's 87 224 XOT. It would be the very rare gatefold cover if it had been.
Pretty sure it was the only time the album was released in gatefold form.

Just for clarification, @pumpkinman. Your newly aquired Manticore Records German pressing of Emerson, Lake & Palmer can't be a 1971 pressing despite of what Discogs says.

I've confirmed through multiple source materials that Manticore Records was indeed founded by ELP in January 1973. So Discogs got this one wriong. (Didn't think I was off on that one)
In all likelihood yours is a 1975 to 1983 pressing as the 1974 87 224 OT was the only gatefold and the following 1977 and 1983 German Manticore pressings were the standard sleeve.

I am staving off Sunday night pre-work blues by celebrating my new Pioneer 18 disc changer (great price locally today as some of you have seen already). Now loaded with all-Rush.

Rush has one too many studio albums, so I pulled Presto, which won't play properly. I need a new copy. I ripped it to FLAC a while back, I can fill in with that when I get to that slot.

First album blasting nicely. I will get as far as I can tonight.
