The MR and tweeter look profoundly junky to me.
The woofer could go either way.
The two L-pads look out of step (so to speak) with everything else.

All in all, it looks like a chimera to me.
... but whadda I know?
 
Drivers not flush with the baffle, a cone tweeter and shiny dust caps (no decent speaker in the history of hi-fi has ever had shiny dust caps) would be more than enough to keep me well clear of these!

i bet they are frankenspeakers; look at the disturbed area around the tweeter
 
Look at the front edges of the top and side panels. It's not so much that they're butt jointed, it's the ragged, un-filled, un-sanded edges along with the visible voids on the left panel edge............................
