The thing I've learned about melatonin is, take it about 2 hours before you want to fall asleep. It seems to take that long, at least for me, to kick in. And only take it if you can put in a good 8 hours of sleep. Otherwise you'll wake up very groggy.
I like this advice as I take melatonin. I also read not to drink alcohol 2 hours before going to sleep. This advice will work well with drinking a Bacardi Rum & Coke, along with the Melatonin while adhering to the 2 hour cut off before going to sleep LOL. Sounds like a plan that will work for me any way.

The pre is intimate, something I seem to recall tubes being. They seem to make the sound very personal, and the presentation more lifelike, if that’s a thing. Maybe it’s the roundness I like. Mind you, it’s not inaccurate, just slightly different.
First impressions.
Let me know what you think. I ran a PAS 3X with an ST-70 a while back. I thought the phono stage was noisy, even with new boards.
