Here is the bracing I got done today. I used pine blocks glued to the sides with Gorilla glue and 1/2 inch threaded rod. I'm just doing it side to side. The front is stiffened by the woofer and I'll glue/screw ribs in the back on the outside.
The blue tape is a damn which I filled with Gorilla glue to keep them from rattling together.

The baffle has a recessed round for a tweeter and the diameter of that is the same size as a round for a hole cutter. Those plugs are glued and screwed in place.

Did your big lathe make the move?I'd love to have a CNC table. It's a matter of space at the moment.
I’m not surprised on all counts.unfortunately no E. I really miss it but the cost of moving it was just too much. I am in the process of gathering parts to build my own that will be able to turn the same size bowls without all the extra bed that I never used.
