New build for shootout in Las Cruces.

These are 4 ohm drivers so how do I wire the 4 speakers per side to get 8 ohms?

Never mind. I just looked it up and I can only get 4 ohms out of 4 4 ohm speakers. That is wiring them in series/parallel.

I'm traveling for the week but I look forward to getting back home and start the build. I think the will really rock Rage Against the Machine!!!

Here is the bracing I got done today. I used pine blocks glued to the sides with Gorilla glue and 1/2 inch threaded rod. I'm just doing it side to side. The front is stiffened by the woofer and I'll glue/screw ribs in the back on the outside.

The blue tape is a damn which I filled with Gorilla glue to keep them from rattling together.

The baffle has a recessed round for a tweeter and the diameter of that is the same size as a round for a hole cutter. Those plugs are glued and screwed in place.

Now that's what I call a drill press!!

Someone get this man a CNC machine. He's on a fun roll and we don't want to limit his creativity!

unfortunately no E. I really miss it but the cost of moving it was just too much. I am in the process of gathering parts to build my own that will be able to turn the same size bowls without all the extra bed that I never used.

Here is something similar to what I plan on building but mine will be scaled up.
