PFM - Photos of Ghosts
1973 - Manticore Records.
PFM's 1st English language record. I suspect @Delarama will be familiar with them being they were "discovered" by the boys in ELP and subsequently signed to Manticore.;)
Indeed I am. Took me years, no, decades to get around to buying the album though. Got mine like two years ago.

I don't own this promo piece. I copied the pic off of eBay.
You'll see the PFM album on the right side along with other Manticore releases.

They first came to my attention from the ELP Works Tour Program that I bought when I was sixteen. They were mentioned in Greg Lake's bio as a band that he'd produced..

I covet your BSS promo material. Please let me have first crack at it if you ever decide to part with it.

stevenwilsonhq: Mr Fripp gives the thumbs up at my studio today to the 50th anniversary stereo and 5.1 surround remix of what is without doubt one of THE canonical rock albums, In the Court of the Crimson King. We first remixed the album for the 40th anniversary, but at the time it was one of my first classic album projects, so while I think that mix is pretty good, I was happy to have the chance to revisit it with the benefit of 10 years of experience. I think the new mix is a significant improvement and more faithful to the original 1969 mix (and for the audiophiles; this time at 96/24 resolution). Coming as part of a big box set later this year. #kingcrimson #inthecourtofthecrimsonking #robertfripp #stevenwilsonremix

I thought the 40th anniversary remix was damned good! Guess we will see what this one has in store too...this is obviously one album I will buy again and again and again, without reservation...

A very close friend, who has since passed, got me into them about 15 - 18 years back. He'd even had the opportunity of seeing them a couple of times. I took a liking and have managed to pick up their 1st six studio + two different pressing of the same live show. Just missing a copy of L'isola di Niente which is the Italian sung version of The World Became the World. Took me quiet a while to find good copies of the 1st two records that weren't over priced. 4 of the collection are on Manticore. Photos..(US), The World..(Canadian), Live in..(UK), Cook (Canadian).
