Hello, Have a Phase Linear series 300 Series II fed by a Hitachi HCA 6500 hooked up normal. I have another same model PL sitting around, was wondering how i could use both in conjunction with each other as far as bridging and or bi amping and whats the differance? Also how to hook them up to run 2 sets of speaks, which im thinking just run a pair of rca y cables between the
2 for that.. also looking for opinions on these 2 machines, like is pl still considered high end these days ? or the hitachi? All opinions welcome...Thanks - Q

You can use "Y" adapters from the 6500 and split the signal to go into both amplifiers. Run one set of speakers on one amplifier and another pair of speakers on the other amplifier and both of them will be controlled by the 6500 preamp.

yea on that part i was concerned about degrading the signal..

There will be no detectable signal degradation to your ears with this set-up! I actually use a single mixer board with 5 different amplifiers connected to it. I don't experience any signal loss.
