I'm a fountain of cultural references, Chicknman. BTW, I recall a "Chicken Man" as a character in a silly radio feature that ran on WLS (and probably other stations, but I don't know about it) in the 60's. Is that your inspriation?
Hey Good to talk to you. I hope you enjoy your speakers. I'm a vintage/orphan speaker lover myself. I collect mostly "New England Sound" speakers. I've tons of Epicure/EPI speakers, some Allisons and just got my first pair of ADS speakers. I like them thus far. Perhaps we'll get together one day for a listening party. Good luck.
Hi Dave
Thanks for the note, I picked up the wharfedales this morning
and they do sound nice. I'm debating weather to replace my
pioneer cs-63dxs but I may end up giving the W90s to my
sister. These were on the albany craigslist last weds or thurs.
free section. I actually am in Schaghticoke, work in Clifton Park
My email is Saratoga48@aol.com. talk to you soon.
