  • Hi,

I was perusing AK and came across a thread from 2007 discussing user manuals for various Sansui gear. I saw that at some point you had maintained a website that included them but it no longer seems to exist. Would you have a digital copy of that manual to share or know where I could obtain one?

I've owned a G33000 for about 8 years and only now am searching for the manual. Thanks!

    Regards,
    G
    Hi Paul,
as you seem to have quite the knowledge when it comes to sansui amps I was wondering if you are willing to help me with a problem I have with a 5000x. I'm absolutely stuck. I already spent countless hours for recapping, disessembling every switch and pot etc etc I would just hate to give up!
I would really apreciate your expertise!!
You can contact me here or at a.tom@mail.de
    Thank you so much!

    Hello,

Can you send me a copy of the Sansui ECA-3 manual, as I recently bought one that someone messed with and I have to figure out what has to be done in order to get it going properly. Thank you in advance.
    Hi
What did you use to replace you caps as far as part # and manufacturer?
    Thank you for any input
Im in the process of going thru my 5000x

    Hi Paul,
Surprised to find someone here that lives only a few kms from me.
I believe you came with a friend to buy an NAD amp from me last fall?
I am in Victoria Harbour on McNally Rd.
I have recently acquired a Sansui glass door rack full of early 80's gear.
    Integrated amp: A-5
    Tuner: T-5
    Equalizer/mixer: RG-7
    Tape deck: D-95M
Just to pick your brain, whenever I turn on the amp the display lamp flickers for 6 to 7 seconds while a static noise comes from the speakers. Then it all goes away and everything is clear. Any ideas?
    Thanks, Mike.
(May consider trading the whole lot for a good 70's receiver.)
Hi, How are ya? Just wondering if you knew of anybody good in Nova Scotia that fixes vintage gear? If not, how about Canada where shipping can be involved? Pertaining to Marantz, Pioneer and Sansui receivers. Thanks if you answer. Lol
