Thanks all, I will try what you have suggested. Now I need to find some felt to place between the diaphragm and magnet.

Unfortunately I did not look to see how they were wired as the magnets had shifted and I had to pry them apart. I was not concerned with how they were wired as I assumed the positive lead would be marked on the new diaphragm. Guess I'm an ass for assuming

That's what I figured I would do, and then switch leads to see if I hear a difference.

They do not stick to a large magnet.

I'll check and see if they react to a magnet.

Aaaaaahhh, great. I'd like to try to make them work. I guess I'll just hook them up and see what happens. I'd rather not spend a fortune as the speaker cabs are in rough shape, and these are more or less for practice.
