Do a web search for your model and "three blinks". I've seen other TVs where the number of blinks thrown is a fault code.

The middle tube in the large trio is a UV 204, it came from an old AM station here in town. Not nearly the power of those mega stations, but a neat old relic from a time gone by. Flanked by a 450 TL and 750 TL, FWIW.

The 250Ti have about a jillion more hard hours on them.

The tweeters in those sound better than the ones in my 250Ti, but not swapping anything out - the 18Ti are the speakers for the TV in that room.
